Papa’s Peri Peri Pakistan
These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions, competitions, discounts, and loyalty programs operated by Papa’s Peri Peri Pakistan. By participating, you agree to these rules.
1. Participation
Only natural persons 18 years or older at the time of participation may enter. Proof of age may be requested.
Participants must have a valid email address and address in Pakistan. Entries with incomplete or false information may be disqualified.
Employees of Papa’s Peri Peri, their affiliates, and anyone involved in running the promotion are not eligible.
Any form of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms may result in disqualification. Papa’s Peri Peri reserves the right to exclude participants based on suspicion, without notice or proof.
Participation is only valid within the promotion period. Late, early, incomplete, or invalid entries may be excluded.
There are no costs to participate unless otherwise specified.
2. Entry Material
Participants guarantee that any material submitted does not violate any laws or third-party rights, and is not offensive, insulting, defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading.
Papa’s Peri Peri may refuse or remove any entry material at its discretion.
By submitting entry material, participants transfer all intellectual property rights to Papa’s Peri Peri, allowing the company to use it across Pakistan for any medium, even after the promotion ends.
Requests to remove entry material can only be made during the promotion period, which will invalidate that entry.
3. Conduct & Disqualification
Participants who breach these Terms may be disqualified, and Papa’s Peri Peri may choose a new winner.
Automated systems, scripts, or methods to increase winning chances are prohibited.
Participants may be asked to take part in marketing (e.g., social media posts). Refusal may lead to withdrawal of the prize.
4. Loyalty Programs
Loyalty cards are store-specific.
Stamps must be collected from the same store.
Redemptions must be claimed at the store where stamps were collected.
Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotions.
All redemptions must occur within the advertised time period.
5. Free Trip or Special Promotions
Terms and conditions for free trips or special prizes are separate and can be requested from marketing@papasperiperi.com.
6. The Benefit
All benefits, prizes, or discounts are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Liability
Papa’s Peri Peri is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred while using the benefit, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
We are not responsible for software, network, or internet failures that affect entries.
Participants are responsible for the content they submit and must indemnify Papa’s Peri Peri against third-party claims.
8. Privacy
Personal details submitted are processed in line with Pakistani privacy laws.
Data may be used for promotion administration, market research, and direct marketing within Papa’s Peri Peri and its affiliates.
Information is not sold to third parties, but may be shared if required by law or law enforcement.
Social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) may provide personal information necessary to administer promotions.

10. Changes & Final Provisions
Papa’s Peri Peri may amend or cancel promotions without prior notice if legal or operational requirements change.
Clerical errors or mistakes do not create rights for participants.
11. Discounts, Bundles & Free Items
% OFF / PKR OFF Discounts: Valid only on stated items for a period of 1 month; non-transferable and store-specific.
Bundle Offers: Fixed products; savings calculated based on individual prices; no alternatives if an item is out of stock; limited-time only.
Free Item Promotions: Only the free item listed is given; must be selected when ordering; management may substitute if unavailable.
Double Spin Promotions: Must purchase selected promotional products via the app; entries verified; winners chosen randomly; one extra spin per qualifying purchase.
Delivery Promotions: Minimum order value applies; store-specific; management may withdraw at any time.
Some promotions may not be available on all platforms; Papa’s Peri Peri reserves the right to decide.
